The brown color is perfect for blondes The brown color is perfect for blondes, and the formula is the best I've ever found for thickening and lengthening. I use with additional fibers for a natural lengthened, thickened look. 5Picture is deceiving! Picture shows 2. I only got one, for twice as much if I'd bought one at the local grocery store! Picture is deceiving!! 1Not so great. This isn't the best Maybelline mascara product; it's clumpy on the brush and hard to apply, and it's also difficult to remove. 3No no no First of all I paid 11.63 because I thought I was getting a two pack, as the picture shown, however I was wrong. Then when the package came and I used the product, it was brown and not the black I ordered. Very, very angry. 1I've used Maybellin mascara products for close to 40 years and absolutely love their mascara. Normally I've purchased Big Lash but this is my all time favorite now! 5Clumpy Clumpy. Clumpy. Clumpy. It's like dirt on you're lashes. Just pay for higher end. It's well worth it. Just please don't. 2Brown It's so hard for us fair haired beauties to get a good brown mascara. This one come close. It does tend to clump. 4I also like that it is easy to wash off at night I've been using this mascara for a few years and have tried others but keep going back to this one! It is not clumpy and makes my eyelashes longer and more voluminous than other mascaras I have used. I also like that it is easy to wash off at night, with other mascaras I often have to really scrub at it when washing my face, which is a pain and can be irritating to my eyes as well. I have not had any issues with it smudging on a day-to-day basis and it wears well for 12+ hours for me. 5THIS IS THE BEST FOR LENGTHENING AND THICKENING EYELASHES! MY LASHES ARE PRETTY FINE AND NOT LONG, SO I USE MAYBELLINE THE COLOSSAL VOLUM' EXPRESS MASCARA.AS I AM OVER 40, I WANT TO LOOK GREAT, AND ALWAYS WANT MY EYES TO STAND OUT, BUT NOT LOOK "OVERDONE" OR "SOMETHING ELSE", WHETHER IT IS FOR WORK, AT HOME, OR SOCIALLY. SO I USE THIS SAME MASCARA PRODUCT IN BLACK ON MY TOP LASHES, WITH A BLACK LINER PENCIL, AND THE BROWN MASCARA ON MY LOWER LASHES, WITH A SMOKY BROWN LINER PENCIL, AND THIS COMPLIMENTS MY EYES SO WELL. THIS IS THE ONLY MASCARA I'VE EVER USED THAT TWO COATS WILL DO IT, AND THAT'S FOR SOMEONE WITH THIN, SKINNY LASHES LIKE MINE! THE TRICK WITH THIS MASCARA IS NOT TO LET THE COATS DRY IN-BETWEEN APPLICATION. IT OPENS MY EYES, GIVES ME GREAT LASHES, AND YET, I HAVE A SOFT, YOUNGER LOOK. I USED TO BE ABLE TO WEAR BLACK MASCARA ON BOTH UPPER AND LOWER LASHES, BUT THE THINGS THAT BEAUTY CONSULTANTS TELL YOU ABOUT MAKE UP (COLORS, AMOUNTS TO APPLY, CHANGES, AND HAIR COLOR CHOICES/CHANGES TO MAKE, TO SOFTEN YOUR LOOK AND GIVE A MORE YOUTHFUL LOOK) WHEN YOU ARE 40+ ARE WELL WORTH THE ADVICE TO FOLLOW. THIS ONE IS ANOTHER GREAT IDEA. IT'S A GREAT INVESTMENT AND A MUST TO HAVE IN YOUR MAKE UP KIT/ARSENAL! I'M VERY HAPPY-YOU WILL BE TOO. GIVE IT A TRY! 5Pretty Good It is a great mascara. However, It can be a little clumpy. I love the color and the way it looks, though. I like the mascara that is in the same container but it's pink with a blue stripe, now that's a good mascara. 3
