Love the product but wasn't a fan of the color. I'm not a huge make up person overall and will go without most days, but I have been on the search for a decent eyeliner for quite some time as I do occasionally enjoy wearing it. For some reason my eyelids get super greasy, and finding an eyeliner that stays put has proven difficult. This one did it with ease! We will see if it dries out as other reviewers have mentioned, but I absolutely love this so far. The only reason I took one star off is I am not a fan of the Via De' Martelli color I ordered. I was hoping it'd be darker but it's definitely more of a reddish-brown than black-brown. Also if you're a fan of the winged look you may not like this eyeliner as it can be difficult to get/keep a sharp point. It's great for simple clean lines though. Otherwise it's a fantastic product and I've already ordered another. 4DOES NOT LAST VERY LONG When I first got this product 6 weeks ago I loved it! It went on effortlessly and stayed on the majority of the day. After about 4 weeks I noticed that it didn't go on quite as easily and I had to press harder for it to go on and it didn't last as long either. Now that I've had it for six weeks it's completely dried out. It won't make lines on my eyes at all! Needless to say I've never left the cap off, never left it in my car overnight for it to get frozen and dried out. This cost way too much for it to be useless after 6 weeks. There is enough of the product to last for much longer. It's too bad that its not useable. I will never buy this product again! I gave it one star for how wonderful it was for 4 weeks, other than that the product rendered useless.***As a side note I was recently in a cosmetics store and there was a sample out. I tested it and that was dried out as well. I tried to put a line on my hand with it and it didn't even make a mark. That was dried out as well. 1Waterproof, stays and stays. Want a waterproof, grey eye liner this has super superior stay ability. Works best if you refrigerate it before you use the shapener. It has a tendency to break if it's soft. I use a brush for application or it can break. I even have some left after using make up remover! I like it, not so harsh as black on light hair persons. 5THE BEST MINT GREEN EYELINER I truly love the NARS Barrow Street eyeliner. I hope NARS isn't discontinuing this product because, I found a mint green eyeliner that I love. I have gotten so many compliments on this eyeliner and it's a great mint green color. 5IT'S A JOKE I was very happy to purchase this item through Amazon. My friend/coworker had mentioned to me how popular ladiesused this product. I purchased it in August 2018. It's not the money at this point, it's just never has work as it should.I went to sharpen the pencil and the black tip fell off. I used the top end to fine sharpen it and only got wood scratching my lids. I set it aside and decided to use a different pencil that did not need sharpening. Today, I gave it another try.Yeah, It's a piece of junk! Just threw in the trash!I'm too old to play with make up. 1Love it!I love this eyeliner! It goes on smooth and doesn't drag on my wrinkled eyelids! I will try other colors soon!5defective item In the past, I have purchased this item at a retail store and it lasted for several months. The liner purchased here lasted about one month, did not draw a solid line, was "crumbly" and broke after a little over a months use. 1This isn t real! I believe this is a knock off. I fell in love with Nars larger than life eyeliner because after a whole day of wearing it there were no smudges and it still looked FRESH! After only a 30 minutes to a hour, I have black smudges under my lower lash line and I m constantly having to reapply! 1Superior to all others This is the best eyeliner I have ever used. I have tossed dozens of different brands of eyeliner pencils in the trash, as their products disappeared or rolled off my face, some within an hour of having been applied, despite their claims otherwise. This eyeliner lasts at least 4+ hours in hot weather, and 6+ hours in cool weather. I am a fan. 5Quality product.Good product. Exactly what I wanted goes on smoothly and stays well and is easy to wash off.. Same price as in the stores though.5Not a full size product. I didn t receive a FULL size product. Very disappointed as this was misleading. 1NARS Long lasting eyeliner I was given the NARS Larger Than Life Long-Wear Eyeliner as a sample from Ulta. I had been using another popular brand but lately found that the tip was not being sharpened like it was supposed to and wanted to try another brand. At first I wasn't sure if the color, Via Veneto, would work because it was black and I was using dark brown, but after trying it, it looked fine. It is long lasting and doesn't smudge, goes on smoothly, and is a few dollars less that my previous brand so I will continue to purchase this brand. 5
