Works great - fast, reliable I like that I can do it at home and I don't need to mix it like the normal at-home relaxer treatments.I have mixed hair and it works great. I leave it in for 15 min from start to rinse and my hair feels great. I am about to order my 2nd batch. I have used it 3 times already and always have great results. 5Stronger than anticipated The product arrived early. I've relaxed my hair many times; for years actually, so I was surprised that "regular" was so strong. I like the effectiveness, now I know to leave it on for less time. My hair required full conditioning; I'm sure that's due to the strength of the product. 4good improvement Love the fact that it is not as strong and the store relaxer but it's gentile on my hair. I just leave it on for a min or two more, not longer and my hair still has body and shine a lot of shine. 5
